A clear path from sample to shipment

How Eyewear Dropshipping Works

Build an agreed workflow before retail orders begin. Product and service approval connects your storefront promises to the actual inventory, processing and shipping arrangement.

Service at a glance

Start by confirming the service model, products, destination and commercial terms. Approve samples and trial orders, agree data and inventory updates, then submit accepted orders for processing, checks, packing and dispatch.

Set up your service

  1. Define your sales requirements

Share your channel, markets, product range, monthly order estimate, branding and lens requirements.

  2. Review products and responsibilities

Confirm eligible configurations, stock ownership, fees, delivery routes and each party’s responsibilities.

  3. Approve the product and pack

Review samples, markings, lens configuration, brand materials and the complete packing specification.

  4. Run representative trial orders

Validate order data, checks, dispatch, tracking and exception handling on the intended workflow.

Process each accepted order

  1. Receive and validate

Identify the order, SKU, color, configuration, packaging and destination. Check duplicates, availability and required information.

  2. Resolve order questions

Hold incomplete data or unavailable items for clarification. Obtain approval before substitutions or changes.

  3. Complete agreed work

Perform any approved lens or brand work, product and order checks, and packing.

  4. Dispatch and update

Hand over to the selected shipping service and share status and tracking through the agreed method.

Agree your order and inventory data flow

Our ERP-supported coordination can assist with product, order and supply chain information through the workflow confirmed for your project. Define submission methods, required fields, update frequency and status feedback.

Direct Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or other platform connections, live stock updates and automated tracking are confirmed and tested separately for the implementation involved.

  • Use a unique reference and an approved product configuration for every order.
  • Define who confirms inventory and how shortages are communicated.
  • Set a change cutoff tied to the actual processing or dispatch stage.
  • Keep order status and approval records that both teams can reference.

Frequently asked questions

Can I begin selling before samples and terms are approved?
Confirm the actual product, order process, delivery promises and service responsibilities first. Samples and a trial order help verify the proposed workflow before larger order volumes.
Can orders be changed after processing starts?
That depends on the stage and work involved. Agree a change cutoff and any applicable charges before orders begin; request approval rather than assuming a change can be made.
Does supplier fulfillment replace my customer service responsibilities?
The seller still manages its customer relationship and applicable sales-channel responsibilities. The fulfillment agreement defines how the supplier supports investigations, returns and other exceptions.
