What is TR90 eyewear?

TR90 is a thermoplastic resin (a memory polymer) produced by injection molding. It is exceptionally light (18–22g per frame), flexible enough to bend rather than snap, and hypoallergenic. These properties make it ideal for kids, sport and high-volume everyday frames where durability and price matter most.

How we make it

TR90 frames are produced in our in-house injection workshop, which runs up to 5,000 pairs per day. Color is compounded into the resin for consistency, and finishes range from matte to rubberized to translucent. Logos are applied by pad printing or laser engraving.
